Colon Michigan is a town of 1,000 people halfway between Detroit and Chicago that bills itself as the “Magic Capital of the World.” Every August, the town doubles in size for Abbott’s Magic Get-Together, when magicians from all over the world come to town to trade stories, tricks, and memories.
